八王子Pが出演を予定しておりました「Anime Music Festival」の公演が、
主催者事情により延期となりました。
ファンの皆様方には、ご期待にお応え出来ませんでしたことに、

以下、主催社側からの本公演の延期に関する説明と対訳を記載させていただきます。
■公演延期のお知らせとお詫び

さて、弊社にて5 月24(土).25(日)日公演として予定しておりました
「Anime Music Festival」に関しまして、お客様にお知らせとお詫びを申し上げます。
この度、諸事情により「Anime Music Festival」をやむを得ず本公演を延期することとなりました。
すでにチケットをご購入（ご予約）して頂いております皆様方には、多大なるご迷惑をお掛けしてしまい、
プロジェクトスタッフ一同、心からお詫び申し上げます。
具体的なスケジュールが確定いたしましたら、改めて、ご案内させていただきますので、
既にご購入されたチケットは大切に保管いただけますようお願いいたします。
なお、延期での開催に際して、出演者は変更となる可能性がございます。
予め、ご了承ください。
本公演を楽しみにお待ち戴いておりました多くのお客様、ご愛顧戴いているファンの皆様方には、
大変にご迷惑並びにご心配をお掛けし、誠に申し訳ございません。

To all the fans,
This time we would like to inform that the apperance of Anime Music Festival were planned with the local organizer. The concert has been postponed until further notice or even call off due to the local organizer circumstances. To all the fans responses and expectations, we would like to apologize from the bottom of our hearts that the concert has been postponed.
On the following, we will describe the concert status and explanation on the postponement of the performance from our side.
Apology and Notice of Concert Postponed
We really looked forward for your continuation support of the “Anime Music Festival”. Thank you very much. The concert has been planned to be on the 24 and 25 May 2014. We are very grateful and would like to apologize to all the customers of this concert. This time around, the organizer has been decided to postpone the concert by unforseen circumstances.
We are very worried about everyone who have already purchased or reserved the ticket for the concert. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of this notification. From the project staffs, we would like to apologize for the tight schedule. Once we confirm the happening of the concert or not, we will issue a notice for the ticket that you have purchased.
Please do keep the ticket with you always as when the concert is happening or when the concert has been called off. So that you can acquire a refund from the respective concert ticket collection party. There is a possiblity that the concert will be happening, till further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We are very concerned towards all the fans and customers as were looking forward for the arrival of this happening concert for this weekend. We apologize sincerely as it has brought such an expectations to all of you.
